鹅源副粘病毒NA-1株与鸡新城疫病毒F48E9株的抗原变异关系分析

摘  要:
对鹅源副粘病毒NA-1株和鸡新城疫病毒F48E9株进行鸡胚半数感染量(EID50)与半数细胞感染量(TCID50)的测定,并采用交叉血凝抑制试验、鸡胚交叉中和试验、细胞交叉中和试验、交叉动物保护试验的比较,确定2种抗原的抗原比值和相似程度。结果表明:前3个交叉中和试验的R值分别为0.446、0.50、0.56,表明2毒株确实存在抗原差异;交叉动物保护试验说明,对制苗毒株的保护率高于非制苗毒株,提示仅采用新城疫疫苗很难有效预防鹅副粘病毒病,应倡导用现地分离的毒株制苗。

摘  要:
Through determine EID50 and TCID50 of goose paramyxovirus NA-1 and Newcastle disease F48E9 strain to analyze relationship on antigenic variation of NA-1 strain and F48E9 strain by R value analysis,which contains cross hemagglutination inhibition test,chicken embryo cross-neutralization test,cell cross neutralization test and cross protection against challenge infection test.The hemagglutination valency of F48E9 and NA-1 were respectively 7.52log2 and 6.75log2.The embryonated egg mean infective dose(EID50) were respectively 0.2 mL 10-6.318 7 and 0.2 mL 10-7.2 diluted concentration of virus.Mean rhagiocrine cell infective dose(TCID50) were respectively 0.1 mL 10-9.542 3 and 0.1 mL 10-8.198 9 diluted concentration of virus.The R value of virus neutralization test were 0.446,0.50 and 0.56.The results display that the goose paramyxovirus NA-1 and the Newcastle disease F48E9 could take place the reaction of cross neutralization.The result of R value revealed that antigenic variation of goose paramyxovirus NA-1 strain and Newcastle disease virus F48E9 strain had occurred.The results indicated that ND vaccine is insufficient to prevent the goose paramyxovirus infection and that it may be of value to use the vaccine originated from the isolates.
