3种不同禽源副粘病毒抗原相关性研究

摘  要：
通过交叉血凝抑制试验和微量交叉中和试验测定鹅源副粘病毒(MQG株)、鸭源副粘病毒(Lg株)和新城疫标准毒(F48E8株)3种不同禽源副粘病毒的血清学相关性。结果显示3种病毒之间的R值很小(R<0.2),抗原相关性较低,表明3种不同禽源副粘病毒的抗原相关性有较大差异。

摘  要：
The antigenic relationship of three Avian Paramyxovirus,Goose paramyxovirus(MQG strain),duck paramyxovirus(Lg strain) and Newcastle disease virus(F48E8 strain) were determined by using virus cross-neutralization tests(NT) and cross-hemagglutination inhibition test(HI).The results indicated that the R value among three viruses was lower than 0.2 and revealed that there were clear antigenic variations among these Avian Paramyxovirus.
