断根处理对百子莲(Agapanthus praecox ssp.orientalis)开花的影响

摘  要:
对百子莲4年生苗进行未断根、1/3断根、1/2断根和2/3断根4个处理,观察百子莲开花进程和品质的变化,并研究断根对其花芽分化前期可溶性糖、淀粉、可溶性蛋白含量的影响。结果表明,3个断根处理的现蕾期分别提前5、7 d和1 d;初花期分别提前5、7 d和2 d;平均花期分别延长5、6 d和3 d;开花率分别提高15%、15%和-35%;平均花葶高度分别增加了25.6、32.2 cm和13.4 cm。3个断根处理的可溶性糖、淀粉、可溶性蛋白含量都有不同程度的增加,且3个处理之间存在一定差异,其中1/2断根最佳,1/3断根次之。表明适当断根可以有效提高百子莲体内营养物质的积累,从而有利于百子莲花期提前和开花品质的提高。

摘  要:
Roots of four-year plantlets of Agapanthus praecox ssp.orientalis 'Big Blue' were cut respectively by zero(CK),one third,a half and two thirds in length,the plantlets' florescent process and quality change were observed,and the effects of the root-cutting treatments on the soluble sugar, starch and soluble protein contents at the early stage of the flower bud differentiation were also studied. The results showed that compared with CK,the three root-cutting treatments made the period of button appearance earlier respectively by 5,7 and 1 days,the initial flowering stage earlier respectively by 5,7 and 2 days,the average florescence longer respectively by 5,6 and 3 days,the flowering rate higher respectively by 15%,15%and -35%,and the average scape height taller respectively by 25.6, 32.2 and 13.4 cm.The three root-cutting treatments also made the soluble sugar,starch and soluble protein contents increase more or less but had certain differences in their effects.The best was the half-cut treatment and the next was the one-third-cut treatment.The above results indicated that the appropriate root-cutting treatment could improve the accumulation of nutrients,thus making the flowering stage ahead of time and the florescent quality better.
