纳帕海和碧塔海湿地资源现状与保护管理对策

摘要：

对纳帕海、碧塔海湿地资源现状进行了分析,并针对其存在的管理能力不高、监测体系尚未建立、保护与资源的可持续利用矛盾突出、法规体系建设不够完善、公众意识不高、保护资金缺乏等问题,提出了加快调查与监管体系建设、处理好保护与利用之间矛盾、综合利用法律及行政手段保护湿地资源、加强宣传教育工作、开展基础研究、多渠道筹措经费等保护管理对策。

摘要：

The current status of Napa Lake and Bita Lake wetland resources were analyzed,and in view of the problems of low management capacity,lack of monitoring system,prominent contradiction between protection and sustainable use of resources,inadequate legal system construction,low public awareness and lack of protection funds,it was proposed to speed up the investigation and supervision system construction,handle the contradiction between protection and utilization,comprehensively use legal and administrative means to protect wetland resources,strengthen publicity and education,carry out basic research,raise funds through multiple channels and other protection management measures.
