梅花鹿鹿角盘小肽的提取及体外抑菌活性研究

摘  要:
为了研究梅花鹿鹿角盘小肽提取工艺及体外抑菌活性,试验采用酸提、醇沉、超声辅助、凝胶除盐、Sephadex G-50凝胶层析和热提、酶解等方法制备鹿角盘小肽,利用二甲酸喹啉法、SDS-PAGE电泳、电喷雾质谱等方法对所制备的小肽分子进行分析,利用滤纸片扩散法对2种小肽的体外抑菌活性进行初步研究。结果表明:两种方法得到的鹿角盘小肽分子质量均在5.0 ku以下,对革兰氏阴性菌及革兰氏阳性菌均有不同程度的抑制作用。说明梅花鹿鹿角盘中含有抑菌活性的小肽。

摘  要:
The aim of the present study was to explore the extraction process and the antibacterial activity of small peptides from sika deer antler plate. The small peptides from sika deer antler plate were prepared by means of acid leaching,alcohol precipitation,ultrasonic assisted,gel demineralization,Sephadex G-50 gel chromatography and pyrolysis,enzymatic hydrolysis. The small peptides were analyzed by the method of dicarboxylic acid quinoline,SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry. The antibacterial activity of two kinds of small peptides was studied by the method of filter disc diffusion. The results showed that the relative molecular mass of the antler tablets was below 5.0 ku. It had different inhibitory effects on Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria. The results indicated that the small peptides containing antibacterial activity were found in sika deer antler disk.
