摘  要：
城市雨水收集可实现水资源涵养、降低排水管道的压力和改善城市生态环境等目标。西方国家在此方面已有30多年的研究历史,我国一些大城市近些年也开始实施雨水的收集与利用,并取得了良好的效果。然而,应用于城市公园方面的研究不多。本文借鉴了国内外城市公园设计和管理中雨水收集技术的经验,结合迁安三里河公园设计和建设,探求适合我国北方半干旱地区城市公园的雨水收集技术。

摘  要：
Urban rainwater collection could implement water resource conservation, decrease pressure of drainage pipeline and improve urban ecological environment etc. Western conturies had 30 years of research on this aspect. Many large cities of China had practiced on rainwater collection and utilization and achieved good effect. However, the principle and technology of rainwater collections and utilization applied to the urban parks were few. This paper referred the experiences of urban park design and rainwarter collection technology in management from home and abroad, based on the design and construction of Qian'an Sanli River to seek the technology of rainwater collection in urban parks which is suitable for semi-arid area of north- ern part of China.
