摘  要：
农业数字化转型是未来农业产业高质量发展的重要方向和科技创新热点领域。文章在概述数字化转型理论和绒山羊产业转型发展概况的基础上，以内蒙古鄂尔多斯绒山羊产业为研究对象，结合“科技兴蒙”项目研究实际，构建了数字化转型发展内容框架，建立了“大数据+”转型发展模式，实证分析绒山羊产业数字化转型路径、组织形式、研究成效及存在的问题，提出了纵深推进信息化及社会化服务站点和平台建设延伸基层、不断培育壮大基层本地专业技术人才队伍、加强数字牧场的建设和普及、以“三圈理论”为指导推进数字化转型发展等对策和建议，以供参考。

摘  要：
Agricultural digital transformation is an important direction for the high-quality development of agricultural industry in the future and a hot field of scientific and technological innovation. Based the overview of summarizing the theory of digital transformation and the development of cashmere goat industry, the article takes the Ordos cashmere goat industry in Inner Mongolia as the research object, combines with the research practice of "science and technology to develop Inner Mongolia" project, defines the content framework of digital transformation and development, constructs the "big data + " transformation and development model, empirically analyzes the digital transformation path, organizational form, research effectiveness and existing problems in the cashmere goat industry. The article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for reference, such as promoting the construction of informationization and social service sites and platforms,cultivating and strengthening the local professional and technical talents at the grassroots level, strengthening the construction and popularization of digital ranch, and promoting the development of digital transformation under the guidance of the "Three Circles Theory".
