汉代西北屯戍系统粮食分配问题探析——以汉简资料为中心

摘  要：
军粮的分配是汉代屯戍系统的一个重要的系统性工作,也是粮食在屯戍系统最终发挥效用的落实点,直接关系到屯戍系统的各项建设。就相关简牍资料所及的情况来看,粮食消费的主体多样、用途不一;配给与消费的具体安排尽管随类有别,但都以保证屯戍人员足食为原则,并注意分配中的公平合理,体现了边防军队的一体化要求。这是汉政府保持边疆军队战斗力和稳定人心的必要举措,也是其注重西北边疆战略的突出反映。

摘  要：
The allotment of the foodstuff for army is an important system task of the garrison system in Han Dynasty.Also it is a finally effective implementation in the garrison system,and it is directly relating to various construction of the garrison system.With the Wood Tablets and Bamboo Slips,the main foodstuff consumption and the use are diverse.Although rationing and consumption of the concrete arrangement is different,enough foodstuff principle and fair reasonable allotment are regarded.It incarnates integrative request of the border defence troops.This is the necessary measure that the Han Dynasty government keeps the border troops fighting strength and stabilizes feeling of troops.It is outstanding reflection that the Han Dynasty government pays attention to a stratagem of northwest border.
