植物多酚的抗氧化能力及其在动物生产中的应用

摘  要:
植物多酚(plant polyphenols)广泛存在于植物体内,其应用领域广泛,提取工艺成熟,生物活性功能众多,包括抗肿瘤、抗老化、抗辐射以及抗氧化,等等。近年来,随着人们对动物健康和畜产品安全的关注和追求"绿色"产品意识的不断增强,以及植物多酚作为天然抗氧化剂具有"安全、高效"的特点,将植物多酚作为天然抗氧化剂应用到动物生产中成为研究热点。本文对常见的植物多酚,如葡萄多酚、苹果多酚、茶多酚,作为抗氧化剂的抗氧化能力及其在动物生产中的应用进行了综述。

摘  要:
Plant polyphenols widely exist in a variety of plants and have been used in a wide range of various purposes. Meanwhile,their extraction technologies are ripe. Plant polyphenols have many kinds of biological activities,including anticancer,antiaging,antiradiation and antioxidant properties. Recently,with the increasing attention of animal health,safety of animal productions and "green"products,meanwhile emphasizing the‘safe and effective'characteristics of feed additives in animal production,the application in animal production of plant polyphenols as a natural antioxidant has become a hot topic. This particle review ed the antioxidant function and application in animal production of some common plant polyphenols as antioxidant,such as grape polyphenols,apple polyphenols,and tea polyphenols.
