摘  要：
为了研究青海省乌兰县牧户母羊流产的病因,试验采用临床症状观察、显微镜观察、鸡胚培养和PCR检测等方法对病原进行了鉴定,并建立衣原体PCR诊断方法对病原体进行了敏感性和稳定性检测。结果表明:引起母羊流产的病原为羊流产嗜性衣原体。说明建立的PCR方法能够对羊衣原体病原作出正确的检测,可用于羊衣原体病的实验室诊断。

摘  要：
To study the cause of aborted lambs belonged to the herdsmen in Wulan county of Qinghai province,the methods including the observations of clinical symptoms and microscope,chick embryo cultivation and PCR detection,were used to identify the pathogen. The sensitivity and stability tests for the pathogen were performed based on the PCR method which was established for the detection of Chlamydophila. The results showed that the pathogen causing abortion in ewes was identified as ovine Chlamydophila abortus. The results indicate that the established PCR method can correctly detect the pathogen of ovine Chlamydophila,which can be used for the laboratory diagnosis of ovine chlamydiosis.
