信阳地区部分山羊场羊衣原体病的检测与分析

摘  要：
为了解信阳地区羊衣原体感染情况,采用正向间接血凝试验方法对信阳市36家山羊场的974份羊血清样品进行检测。结果显示,阳性场有14个,占检测羊场总数的38.9%,样品总体阳性率为12.5%;不同县区、不同生长阶段羊群及不同月份间衣原体抗体阳性率差异不显著(P>0.05)。羊衣原体病已在信阳市普遍存在,建议有关部门做好该病的防控。

摘  要：
A survey was performed in order to understand the infection of Goat chlamydiosis in Xinyang district,Henan province.By employing IHA,974 serum samples collected from 36 goat farms in Xinyang were detected and analyzed.The result showed that the positive rate was 38.9%(14of 36)among these farms,and the Ab positive rate of detected samples was 12.5%;the differences of positive rates among different counties,various ages and months were not significant(P>0.05).In view of the prevalence of goat chlamydiosis in Xinyang district,Henan province,it is strongly suggested that the relevant executive departments take effective measures to prevent and control goat chlamydiosis.
