6种经济作物副产物的营养价值评定

摘  要:
为了评定6种经济作物副产物的营养价值,试验采用概略养分分析和饲料相对值(RFV)2种评价方法,对长江中下游地区6种经济作物副产物(大豆秸、甘蔗梢、油菜秸、苎麻、花生藤、莲叶共40个样本)的营养价值进行了评定。结果表明:大豆秸中粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、粗灰分(CA)的含量分别为8.87%、2.33%、49.02%、35.98%、5.52%;甘蔗梢中分别为7.01%、2.07%、49.75%、24.91%、6.75%;油菜秸中分别为5.73%、3.34%、57.80%、48.93%、5.51%;苎麻中分别为13.31%、4.18%、34.31%、21.68%、12.20%;花生藤中分别为10.08%、2.06%、33.83%、26.49%、8.68%;莲叶中分别为18.45%、6.84%、22.63%、15.95%、9.19%。根据RFV进行评定,6种副产物的营养价值由高到低顺序为:莲叶>苎麻>花生藤>甘蔗梢>大豆秸>油菜秸。说明大豆秸、甘蔗梢、油菜秸、苎麻、花生藤、莲叶这6种经济作物副产物都可作为反刍动物的优质粗饲料。

摘  要:
To evaluate the nutritional values of by- products from six kinds of economic crops,two evaluation methods were used in the test,including feed proximate analysis and relative feed value( RFV). Forty samples of the byproducts from six kinds of economic crops including soybean straw,sugarcane tip,rape straw,ramie,peanut vine and lotus leaf,were acquired from the mid- low reaches of Yangtze river,and then the nutritional values of the by- products were evaluated. The results showed that the contents of crude protein( CP),ether extract( EE),neutral detergent fiber( NDF),acid detergent fiber( ADF) and crude ash( CA) in soybean straw and sugarcane tip were 8. 87%,2. 33%,49. 02%,35. 98% and 5. 52% or 7. 01%,2. 07%,49. 75%,24. 91% and 6. 75%,respectively. These contents in rape straw and ramie were 5. 73%,3. 34%,57. 80%,48. 93% and 5. 51% or 13. 31%,4. 18%,34. 31%,21. 68% and 12. 20%,respectively. These contents in peanut vine and lotus leaf were 10. 08%,2. 06%,33. 83%,26. 49% and 8. 68% or 18. 45%,6. 84%,22. 63%,15. 95%,and9. 19%,respectively. The nutritional values of these by- products in descending order were as follows: lotus leaf,ramie,peanut vine,sugarcane tip,soybean straw,rape straw according to the RFV results evaluated. The results indicate that these by- products from the six kinds of economic crops can be used as high- quality roughages for ruminants.
