大豆秸和黄贮玉米秸对杂交肉牛育肥效果和效益的影响

摘  要:
采用单因子试验设计,按照组间体重和年龄相近原则,将30头体重相近(298.4±25.2)kg的10~12月龄杂交肉牛随机分为2个试验组,试验肉牛饲喂相同精补料和两种秸秆,探讨饲喂大豆秸和黄贮玉米秸对肉牛育肥效果和经济效益的影响。结果表明:经过83 d育肥试验,饲喂大豆秸的肉牛平均总增重、日增重和总料重比均在数字上优于黄贮玉米秸,没有明显差异(P>0.05);由于大豆秸成本远低于黄贮玉米秸兼之饲喂大豆秸的试验肉牛增重速度和饲料报酬略占劣势,饲喂大豆秸的试验肉牛消耗总料成本比黄贮玉米秸降低7.75%,导致单位增重总料成本降低10.95%(P<0.05),其中饲喂大豆秸的试验肉牛消耗秸秆总成本降低75.08%,导致单位增重秸秆成本降低80.30%(P<0.01)。由此结论,在不同秸秆营养水平相近和肉牛比较育肥性能相近的条件下,低成本的大豆秸可以有效替代黄贮玉米秸促进肉牛育肥性能和大幅度降低饲料成本。

摘  要:
A trial was conducted to evaluate the effect of soy straw or cornstalk silage on performanceand economic benefits of finishing cross-bred beef cattle with a single factor design. 30 yearling cross-bred beef cattle [average BW=(298.4±25.2) kg] fed soy straw or cornstalk silage as the sole roughagesource. After 83-d finishing period, the trial beef cattle fed soy straw slightly improved daily gain andfeed efficiency compared with the beef cattle fed cornstalk silage(P>0.05). The trial beef cattle fed soystraw decreased by 7.75% in total diet cost and10.95% in total diet cost per kg gain(P<0.05),especially decreased by 75.08% in total strawcost and 80.30% in total straw cost per kg gain(P<0.01) compared with the beef cattle fed corn-stalk silage. It was concluded that the low costof soy straw can be substituted for cornstalk silage in improving the performance of finishing beef cattle and greatly reducing consumed feed costwith the similar nutrient level of roughage and the similar finishing performance of beef cattle.
