摘 要：
近年来人们对生鲜农产品的需求日益增加。然而由于生鲜农产品本身具有易腐烂、难储存的特点,使得其生产和流通都需要冷链依托。通过发放问卷和实地调研的方法分析青岛市生鲜农产品冷链物流体系的现状,发现其存在缺乏适用的政策法规和标准体系、信息网络不完善、供应链整合不足等问题。依托产业链整合理论,提出通过制定区域性的政策法规和标准、建设覆盖城乡的冷链信息系统、整合冷链供应链等方法,建设一个基于供应链整合的青岛市生鲜农产品冷链物流体系。

摘 要：
People's need of fresh agricultural products is growing steadily in recent years. However, because of the perishability and difficulty in storage, fresh agricultural products need support of cold chain in manufacturing and distributing. Through the methods of questionnaire survey and field investigation, the current situation of logistics system of fresh agricultural products cold chain in Qingdao was analyzed, the problems including lack of applicable policies and standards, information network's imperfection and shortage in supply chain integration were discovered. Based on the theory of industry chain integration, the suggestions including formulating regional policies and standards, establishing a cold chain information system covering urban and rural areas and integrating cold chain supply chain were offered for constructing a logistics system of fresh agricultural products cold chain in Qingdao based on supply chain integration.
