内燃机活塞裙部设计方法研究

摘  要:
讨论了活塞裙部在材料、结构方面的研究设计现状。其中,对活塞裙部材料研究现状的分析包括活塞裙部基体材料和涂层材料两个方面;对活塞裙部结构改进现状的分析包括整体结构和表面形貌两个方面。文章指出目前活塞裙部改进方法在传统的材料和结构改进方面存在制约因素,并且通过对比分析证明在活塞裙部加工孔形结构形态的活塞具有较好的应用前景。

摘  要:
This paper summarized the actuality of pistons skirts' research and improvement methods on their materials and structure.It discussed the materials research of piston skirts including piston matrixes materials and skirts coat materials,and the structure design of the pistons skirts involved the whole piston skirts structure and surface topography of piston skirts.In this paper,it pointed out that there are restraints on traditional methods in piston skirts designing and improvement,and it also certificated that the piston with holes in its skirts especially the Bionic Non-smooth pistons have a better competition in application by the compare and analysis.
