蓝狐人工授精试验研究

摘  要：
采用６ 只进口公蓝狐的精液，对２１０ 只国产母蓝狐进行人工授精，经对其中８５ 只母狐的受胎结果统计分析，受胎率达７３ ％ ，产仔率达６７０６ ％ ，空怀率１５３ ％ ，感染率１１８ ％ ，胎平均产仔８３ 只。对母狐受配次数进行统计分析，配２ 次的受胎率达６３６ ％ ，配３ 次的受胎率达７５６ ％ ；对配种方式进行统计分析，采用１ 次配后第２ ｄ 复配（１ ＋ １） ，受胎率达６０ ％ ，连续２ ｄ 复配（１ ＋ １ ＋ １） ，受胎率达７５ ％ 。

摘  要：
native female blue foxes were choosed to make artificial insemination with the semen of 6 abroad male blue foxes.After analysing 85 of them,the results showed that pregnancy rate is 73%,liitter producing rate is 67 06%,non pregnancy rate is 15 3%,infection rate is 11.8%,average litter size is 8.3.Repeated mating once and twice,the pregnancy rates are 63.6% and 75.6%, respectively According to the analysis on mating methods,the pregnancy rates are 60% and 75%, respectively for continous 2 day′s mating(1+1)and continuous 3 day′s mating(1+1+1).
