摘  要：
天然酚酸是一类广泛存在于植物体细胞壁内的次生代谢产物。酚酸在植物体内具有广泛的功能。酚酸类化合物大多具有药理活性和药用价值,已成为当今国内外研究开发的热点。本文综述了酚酸的类型及在植物体内的存在形式、植物体内常见酚酸的结构、合成途径、光谱特征及提取方法的最新进展,为更深入研究细胞壁内酚酸奠定基础。

摘  要：
Natural phenolic acids are a kind of secondary metabolites widely exist in plant cell walls. Phenolic acids have become the focus of domestic and foreign research because they have wide ranges of functions in plants and its compounds mostly have pharmacological activities and medicinal value. This paper reviewed the types and forms of phenolic acids,common structure,biosynthesis,spectral characteristics and extraction methods,which will lay the foundation for the further research of phenolic acids in cell walls.
