高效液相色谱法测定竹叶提取物中的14种酚酸类化合物

摘  要:
该研究建立了原儿茶酸、龙胆酸、对羟基苯甲酸、绿原酸、香草酸、咖啡酸、丁香酸、香豆酸、阿魏酸、芥子酸、荭草苷、异荭草苷、牡荆苷和异牡荆苷等14种酚酸类化合物同时测定的高效液相色谱方法。色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(5μm,4.6×250mm),采用甲醇-水(含0.1%甲酸)流动相体系,梯度洗脱,检测波长为274nm和324nm。结果显示,14种酚酸类化合物在0.250~50.0μg/m L的范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r2均大于0.99;方法精密度良好,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于7.7%。表明该方法可用于竹叶提取物中酚酸类化合物含量的测定。

摘  要:
A simple method was developed in this paper for simultaneous determination of 14 phenolic acids by highpressure liquid chromatography,the compounds includes protocatechuic aicd,gentisic aicd,m-hydroxybenzoic aicd,chlorogenic acid,vanillic acid,caffic acid,syringic acid,p-coumaric acid,terulic acid,sinapic acid,homoorientin,orientin,vitexin and isovitexin. The samples were separated by Agilent ZORBAX SB- C18 column(5μm,4.6 ×250mm)using methanol and 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution as mobile phases by gradient elution under 274 nmand 324nm for different compound.The results showed that there are good linear ranges with 0.250~50.0μg/m L,good correlation coefficients(r2)with greater than 0.99,and good precisions with less than 7.7% of relative standarddeviations for all 14 phenolic acids.The method can be used for phenolic acids determination for bamboo extract sam-ples.
