低压离子色谱分离-化学发光检测水中痕量亚硝酸根

摘  要:
低压离子色谱分离化学发光方法检测NO2-,利用Na2CO3作为色谱柱的洗脱液,研究了分离条件、发光条件及二者的匹配方式等因素对分离检测的影响,测定NO2-线性范围为0·8~10·0mg/L,检测限为0·2mg/L;对4·0mg/LNO2-连续11次测定的相对标准偏差为3·1%.

摘  要:
Separation and determination of nitrite in water samples were made by low pressure-ion chromatography used in combination with chemiluminescence. With Na2CO3 as the eluent in the chromatographic column, the effects of separation and detection conditions and thweir combinations on separation and detection were investigated. The linear range for the determination of nitrite was 0.8~10.0 mg/L, the detection limit was 0.24 mg/L, and the relative standard derivation for 4.0 mg/L NO-2 was 3.1% (n=11).
