生物防腐细菌产酸和耐酸生长试验

摘  要:
本文对用于生物防癌细菌的植物乳杆菌、乳酸片球菌、尿链球菌,在不同pH值条件培养基中进行了耐酸性及产酸生长试验研究。结果表明,3种菌株在生长过程中均可产酸,使环境pH值降低。植物乳杆菌的耐酸性最强,酸性环境中生长快;乳酸片球菌在中性及偏碱性的条件下生长速率最高;屎链球菌在偏碱性的条件下生长速率达到最高。这样利用3种菌株进行生物防腐时,可以在较宽的pH值范围内,起到产酸防腐效果。并可互相协调,相辅相承。

摘  要:
This paper studies on biological bacteria Lact. plantrum, pediococcus Acidilactica and streptococcus faecium that produce organic acid and endure organic acid growing in the medium with different pH condition. The results showed that all bactria can produce organic acid in the media, reduce pH value and endure organic acid growing. Lact. planterum, plediococcus acadilatica and streptococcus faecium grow very well at about acidic, neutral and alkaline conditions respectively. Therefore, the three bacteria can take cooperation role in biological preservation process.
