一株海洋发光细菌的分离鉴定及其发光条件的初步研究

摘  要:
从青岛近海海洋沉积物样品中分离出一株海洋发光细菌 ,命名为 D4 0。经过形态观察以及一系列生理生化特征测试结果 ,确定这株菌属于弧菌属 (Vibrio)的哈维氏发光弧菌(Vibrio harveyi)。同时对这株菌的发光条件和发光特点进行了初步研究 ,实验结果表明 ,细菌D4 0在 PH7.5 ,温度 30℃ ,Na Cl浓度为 3.0 %时 ,发光强度最高 ,液体培养 4 h开始发光 ,6 h后 ,发光达到峰值 ,持续发光时间可达 19h。

摘  要:
A luminous bacterium, D40, was isolated from the marine sediment samples collected in Qingdao offshore. Based on the morphology and the physiological and biochemical characters, strain D40 was identified as Vibrio harveyi. The primary luminescent conditions were determined. In liquid culture,the results of the study on the cultural conditions of luminous bacterium D40 show that pH 7.5, 30℃,with 3% NaCl, are the optimal conditions. The luminescence begins after 4 hours′ cultivation and lasts for 19 hours′ with a peak after 6 hours′ cultivation.
