基于红外相机技术对九寨沟湿地保护区水獭夏秋季活动的初步研究

摘  要:
水獭是河湖生态系统的顶级捕食者,也是生态系统健康的重要指示种。开展水獭种群分布、数量和活动节律等方面的监测和研究,对水獭及其生存的生态系统保护具有重要的理论和实践意义。2019年6—11月,利用红外触发相机在九寨沟保护区的树正沟对水獭种群进行了监测。4个点相机累计782个工作日,动物有效探测次数为452次,其中水獭有效探测次数为41次,相对多度指数为52.43。水獭拍摄时间间隔为0.06—65 d,平均为12.07 d。九寨沟水獭主要以单只活动为主(占81.5%),2只同时活动的现象有8次(占19.5%),且均在秋季。九寨沟水獭为典型的夜行性动物,日活动节律属于双峰型。水獭日活动强度在夏、秋季没有显著差异。

摘  要:
As the top predator of river and lake ecosystems, otter is an important indicator of ecosystem health. Studying the distribution, number, and activity rhythm of otter populations has theoretical and practical significance for the protection of this species and the ecosystem. From June to November 2019, we used infrared trigger cameras to conduct monitoring for this species in Shuzhen Valley, Jiuzhaigou Nature Reserve. A total number of 782 working days of the four camera trappings produced 452 effective detections of animals, including 41 effective detections of otters, and a relative abundance index of 52.43. Otter shooting date interval was 0.06-65 days, with an average of 12.07 days. Otters in Jiuzhaigou was dominated by activities alone(81.5%), with 8 times of activities that two individuals occurred together in autumn(19.5%). Jiuzhaigou otter showed a typical nocturnality, and a bimodal diel-activity rhythm. No significant difference was found in the diel-activity intensity of otter between summer and autumn.
