摘  要:
用转Bt基因 (cry1Ab)水稻KMD1饲喂 3龄、4龄和 5龄二化螟Chilosuppressalis一定时间后 ,作为二化螟绒茧蜂Apanteleschilonis的寄主 ,研究了转基因水稻经寄主对绒茧蜂生物学特性的影响。结果发现 :KMD1处理后 ,三个龄期幼虫的寄生率都显著下降 ,其中 4龄和 5龄达极显著水平 ;3龄和 4龄上的结茧率显著低于对照 ;蜂蛹历期均短于对照 ,但仅 3龄差异显著 ;从 5龄幼虫所羽化的雄蜂寿命显著短于对照 ;蜂茧长显著短于对照 ;而对卵 +幼虫期、茧块茧数、蜂羽化率及性比均无显著影响

摘  要:
Effects of rice transformed with cry1Ab (KMD1) on the biological characteris tics of a parasitoid Apanteles chilonis (Munakata) through its host Chilo suppressalis were studied in the laboratory, using the 3rd, 4th and 5th instar larvae of C. suppressalis fed on the transgenic rice for a given time as ho sts. The results showed that parasitized rates of host larvae fed on KMD1 were s ignif icantly (3rd instar) or very significantly (4th and 5th instar) lower than those of the control. Percentages of cocoon formation for hosts fed on KMD1 significa ntly reduced for the 3rd and 4th instar. Developmental period of the parasitoid pupa from hosts (3rd instar) fed on KMD1 was significantly shorter. Longevity of the male wasp from the 5th instar larva fed on KMD1 was significantly shorter. Length of wasp cocoon of KMD1 treatment was significantly shorter than the contr ol. But no significant differences were detected in the developmental period of eg g to larva, cocoon mass size, wasp emergence rate and sex ratio of the parasitoi d between KMD1 treatment and the control.
