益生菌对南美白对虾生长性能的影响研究

摘  要:
试验旨在研究南美白对虾饲料中添加不同益生菌对其生长性能的影响。对照组南美白对虾饲喂基础饲料,试验1组在基础饲料中添加1×106CFU/g的枯草芽孢杆菌,试验2组在基础饲料中添加1×106CFU/g的嗜酸乳杆菌,试验3组在基础饲料中添加2×106CFU/g的枯草芽孢杆菌与嗜酸乳杆菌混合物(二者质量比为1∶1),试验周期为40 d。试验结果表明,试验1组、试验2组和试验3组南美白对虾的饲料系数均显著低于对照组,比对照组显著降低了6.05%、 6.98%、 9.77%(P<0.05)。试验1组、试验2组和试验3组南美白对虾的增重率比对照组显著提高了8.45%、 10.45%、 12.78%(P<0.05)。试验1组、试验2组和试验3组南美白对虾的特定生长率比对照组显著提高了4.38%、 6.25%、 9.38%(P<0.05);试验3组南美白对虾的特定生长率比试验1组和试验2组分别显著提高了4.79%、 2.94%(P<0.05)。不同益生菌对南美白对虾的摄食量和成活率未产生显著的影响(P>0.05)。

摘  要:
The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of adding different probiotics to the feed of Penaeus vannamei on its growth performance. The control group was fed with basal diet. The experimental group 1was supplemented with 1×10~6CFU/g of Bacillus subtilis in the basal diet. The experimental group 2 was supplemented with 1×10~6CFU/g of Lactobacillus acidophilus in the basal diet, and the experimental group 3 A mixture of Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus acidophilus(the mass ratio of the two is 1∶1) was added to the basal feed for 40days. The test results showed that the feed coefficient of Penaeus vannamei in test group 1, test group 2 and test group 3 were significantly lower than those of the control group, which were significantly lower than those of the control group by 6.05%, 6.98%, and 9.77%(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the weight gain rate of Penaeus vannamei in test group 1, test group 2 and test group 3 was significantly increased by 8.45%, 10.45% and12.78%(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the specific growth rates of experimental group 1, experimental group 2 and experimental group 3 of Penaeus vannamei were significantly increased by 4.38%, 6.25%, and 9.38%(P<0.05). Group 1 and group 2 increased significantly by 4.79% and 2.94% respectively(P<0.05). Different probiotics had no significant impact on the food intake and survival rate of Penaeus vannamei(P>0.05).
