冬青抑菌活性的初步研究

摘  要：
采用生长速率法,测定冬青(Ilex purpurea Hassk)不同器官的提取液对小麦纹枯病菌(Rhizoctoniacerealis)、番茄褐斑病菌(Helminthosporiurn carposaprum)、番茄早疫病菌(Alternaria solani)、黄瓜褐斑病菌(Corynespora cassiicolai)的抑菌作用。结果表明,当浓度为0.1 g/mL时,冬青不同器官的提取液对4种病原菌菌丝生长都有一定的抑制作用,但不同部位提取液的抑菌活性不同,其中冬青果实和枝条提取液的抑菌活性较弱,树皮提取液的抑菌活性次之,叶片提取液的抑菌活性较强。

摘  要：
The fungistasis of Ilex purpurea Hassk was tested with isolate hyphae of Rhizoctonia cerealis,Helminthosporiurn carposaprum,Alternaria solani and Corynespora cassiicolai under separate cultivating conditions.The concentration of these extracts was 0.1 g/mL.Results showed that Ilex purpurea had plenty of bioactive substance to restrain hypha growth.Different tissue of Ilex purpurea Hassk had different antifungal activity to hyphae.Fruits and branch extracts of Ilex purpurea had weak fungistasis as the antifungal rate to 4 tested fungus was lower than 50%.However,leaves extracts of Ilex purpurea Hassk had strong fungistasis as the antifungal rate to 4 tested fungus was higher than 50%.
