低温胁迫下冬青叶片细胞内Ca~(2+)水平及可溶性糖含量的变化

摘  要:
以杂种冬青(IlexבNellie R.Steven’)、大别山冬青(I.dabieshannensis)、蓝少女冬青(I.×mersevae ‘Blue Gir’)、蓝少年冬青(I.×mersevae ‘Blue Boy’)2年生扦插苗为材料,研究了低温处理后冬青叶片细胞内Ca2+水平及可溶性糖含量的变化。结果表明:冬青叶片细胞内Ca2+沉淀随温度的降低而转移并增加,细胞膜系统、叶绿体、细胞核等结构都受到不同程度的破坏,可溶性糖含量均随着处理温度的降低而增加。4种冬青的抗寒性由高至低依次为:杂种冬青>蓝少女冬青>蓝少年冬青>大别山冬青。

摘  要:
In this paper,two years old seedlings of four types of Ilex בNellie R.Steven',I.dabieshannensis,I.× mersevae ‘Blue Gir',I.× mersevae‘Blue Boy'were placed in different low temperature condition,the changes of Ca2+ level in the cells of Ilex L.leaf and changes of soluble sugar content under chilling stress were studied.The results showed that: as the temperature decreased,Ca2+ gradually transfered and deposits added in the cells of Ilex L.Leaf for all the tested samples,their membrane systems,organelle structure stabilities and nucleus structures were damaged at different degree and soluble sugar content showed an upward trend.The results revealed that cold resistance of four culttings from strong to weak were I.בNellie R.Steven'> I.mersevae‘Blue Gir'> I.mersevae‘Blue Boy'> I.dabieshanensis.
