摘  要:
将玉米转座因子Ac导入甘蓝型油菜Westar的具柄子叶 ,获得转基因植株。对T0 及其自交后代T1进行分析 ,发现报告基因NPTⅡ与Ac因子在T1中的分离比例不一致 ,Ac因子在转基因油菜中具有转座活性。田间调查发现 ,随后代中Ac阳性比例增加 ,菌核病的病情指数下降 ,二者为线性关系

摘  要:
Maize transposable element Ac was transformed into Brassica napus L. Westar via Agrobacterium tumefaciens in order to study the activity of Ac element and related mutagenesis. The segregation ratio of the report gene NPTⅡ deferred from Ac element in T 1progeny. Ac transposition activity was found in transgenic B.napus L. The index of sclerotinia stem rot decreased in groups with the increase of the Ac positive percentage. A liner relationship was found between ID and Ac positive percentages.
