纳米TiO_2/丝素蛋白多孔材料的结构和性能

摘  要:
将不同配比的纳米TiO2加入到丝素溶液中,经过冷冻干燥,得到纳米TiO2/丝素蛋白多孔材料。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FTIR)对材料进行了表征及溶失率的测试,结果表明:纳米TiO2/丝素多孔材料的内部孔为不规则的多角形,且孔与孔相互贯通,平均孔径为22~68μm,孔隙率为85%~92%;随着纳米TiO2加入量的增大,丝素蛋白的结晶结构从silkⅠ向silkⅡ构象转变,在水中的溶失率明显下降。

摘  要:
The Nano TiO2/silk fibroin porous materials were prepared from the silk fibroin solution added with different ratios of nano TiO2by freeze-drying method. And it was characterized by using SEM, XRD, FTIR and water-solubility tests. The results showed that the shape of these pores was random polygonal, and one pore was linked to another pore. The average pore diameter was from 22~68 μm, and porosity was from 85%~92%.The crystal of silk fibroin was changed from silk Ⅰ to silk Ⅱ by increasing the concentration of Nano TiO2 in the solution. Furthermore, the dissolubility of silk fibroin reduced significantly in water.
