向下并流压力式喷雾干燥过程数学模型及干燥塔设计软件

摘  要:
通过对压力式喷雾干燥雾滴形成机理及受力分析,运用流体力学和传热传质学对干燥过程进行数学描述。由此可为压力式喷雾干燥雾滴在塔内的干燥时间,干燥空气用量,干燥塔高和直径的确定及喷嘴设计提供依据。在此基础上,编写了向下并流式喷雾干燥的VisualBasic程序。该程序在输入不同的喷雾压力,干燥气体性质等基本参数后,就可得出相应的不同干燥时间,干燥空气用量,喷嘴及干燥塔的结构尺寸等参数。软件计算结果与生产乳品用干燥机实际参数比较,符合情况良好。从而实现了数学模拟优化实验,为干燥机的设计与选型提供了方便。在能源与所处理物料的最优化组合,节约能源上做出了尝试。

摘  要:
According to the fog drop forming theory and its force analysis of pr essure atomizing dryer ,the paper makes a mathematical describe on the drying p rocess applying the knowledge of hydrodynsmics and heat and mass transfer.Thus ,it provide a foundation of calculating the drying time,drying air quantity,t he height and diameter of drying tower and design sizes of the sprayer.Based on this,a Visual Basic programme of downwards cocurrent spray drier.While differ ent parameters such as atomizing pressure,characters of drying gas are put in, we can corresponding receive different drying tower structure sizes,drying time and quantity of drying gas.There is a good agreement between calculated result s and real parameters of a milk-product dryer.So,it make the mathematical sim ulation experiment come true.On the optimization combination of energy and mate rial dealed with and energy saving,it also has made a try.
