黄花草木樨总皂苷提取工艺优化研究

摘  要:
研究黄花草木樨叶中总皂苷的最佳提取工艺。以黄花草木樨中总皂苷的含量为标准,采用超声提取工艺,用正交实验设计对黄花草木樨总皂苷提取工艺中的温度、溶剂、提取时间、料质比4个因素进行筛选,选定最佳工艺条件。黄花草木樨总皂苷最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度75%、料液比1∶25、提取时间45min、提取温度70℃。所选工艺方法简单、稳定,提取效果好。

摘  要:
To optimize the extraction process for total saponins from Melilotus officinalis by orthogonal test.The total saponins from Melilotus officinalis was taken as standard and used by ultrasound-assisted extraction.The orthogonal test was used to investigate the extraction effect on total saponins of four factors(temperature of Abstraction;concentration of alcohol;time of Abstraction;ratio of material and solvent) in three levels,to determine the best conditions for the extraction process.The optimal extracting condition was as follow:70% alcohol acted as solvent,the ratio of material and solvent was 1∶25,ultrasonic extraction time was 45 min and extraction temperature was 70℃.The optimal extraction process was simple,stable,and highly efficient.
