黄花草木樨水浸液中香豆素的含量及其对7种植物种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

摘  要:
本研究旨在明确化感物质香豆素在黄花草木樨(Melilotus officinalis)水浸提液中的含量,并验证其化感抑草潜力。试验采用液质联用(LC/MS)测定了黄花草木樨水浸提液中的香豆素含量,并采用生物检测测定了不同浓度香豆素溶液对多花黑麦草(Lolium multiflorum)、籽粒苋(Amaranthus hypochondriacus)、稗草(Echinochloa crus-galli)、萹蓄(Polygonum aviculare)、紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa"Victoria")、红三叶(Trifolium pratense)、黄花草木樨的种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,黄花草木樨水浸提液中香豆素的含量为46.78μg·m L-1,占水浸提液干物质总量的1.152%;香豆素在40μg·m L-1时能显著抑制多花黑麦草、萹蓄、红三叶、紫花苜蓿的种子萌发和幼苗生长(P<0.05),香豆素浓度在80μg·m L-1时,除了对籽粒苋的种子萌发表现出促进作用外,对其余供试植物的种子萌发和幼苗生长均有显著的抑制作用(P<0.05),对黑麦草、萹蓄和红三叶的种子萌发和幼苗生长表现为完全抑制。香豆素在黄花草木樨水浸提液中的含量较高,香豆素对多花黑麦草、稗草、萹蓄、红三叶、紫花苜蓿、黄花草木樨等植物具有很强的化感抑制作用,其对不同植物的化感作用方式和作用强度有较大差异。

摘  要:
The objective of this study was to determine the content of coumarin in the aqueous extracts of yellow sweet clover( Melilotus officinalis) and evaluate its allelopathic effect on weeds. Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry( LC / MS) was employed to determine the content of coumarin in the aqueous extract of yellow sweet clover. Laboratory bioassay was conducted to evaluate the effects of different concentrations of coumarin on seed germination and seedling growth of Italian ryegrass( Lolium multiflorum),grainamaranth( Amaranthus hypochondriacus),barnyardgrass( Echinochloa crus-galli),common knotgrass( Polygonum aviculare),alfalfa( Medicago sativa"Victoria"),red clover( Trifolium pratense) and yellow sweet clover. The results showed that content of coumarin in the aqueous extracts of yellow sweet clover was 46. 7 μg·m L-1,accounting for 1. 152% of total dry matter of the aqueous extract. At the concentration of 40 μg·m L-1,coumarin significantly inhibited( P < 0. 05) seed germination and seedling growth of Italian ryegrass,common knotgrass,red clover and alfalfa. At the concentration of80 μg·m L-1,coumarin significantly inhibited( P < 0. 05) both the seed germination and seedling growth of all the tested plants except with a promotion on the seed germination of grainamaranth,and completely inhibited seed germination and seedling growth of ryegrass seed,common knotgrass and red clover. These results suggested that there were high content of coumarin in aqueous extract of yellow sweet clover which had different allelopathic effects varied with weeds species.
