酸雨和O_3复合污染对米兰的急性伤害及其生理指标变化

摘  要:
采用华南常见的绿化树种米兰(Aglaiaodorata)为材料,研究酸雨和O3复合污染及酸雨单因子污染对米兰的急性伤害症状及其生理指标变化情况,除了对米兰的外部受害症状进行观察记录外,还要测定叶片的过氧化物酶活性(POD)、过氧化氢酶活性(CAT)、丙二醛含量(MDA)、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白质含量等5个生理指标。酸雨单因子污染处理:pH7.0、pH3.5和pH2.5。复合污染处理:pH7.0+不通O3、酸雨pH3.5+O3200μL.L-1和酸雨pH2.5+O3400μL.L-1。结果表明,在复合污染状态下,米兰受害症状比酸雨单因子稍重,从POD指标看,酸雨和O3复合污染具有增效的作用。酸雨单因子污染处理时,米兰POD含量比对照提高20.1%~155.8%,而酸雨和O3复合污染时POD含量则提高82.3%~1394.2%。但从其他4个生理指标来看,复合污染对米兰的伤害程度并不比酸雨单因子污染强,2种污染对米兰的伤害不是协同增效作用,而是相互抵消的拮抗作用。说明酸雨和O3复合污染对米兰的急性伤害不一定完全从生理指标上表现出来。本研究结果将为人们探讨楝科与米兰近缘属植物在酸雨和O3复合污染下的伤害症状特征及抗性机理,为城市选用抗污染的绿化树种或指示植物提供重要的依据。

摘  要:
Physiological and foliar symptom response of Aglaia odorata to ozone and acid rain were researched.Three treatments(pH7.0,pH3.5 and pH2.5) were used for acid rain experiments,and another 3 treatments(pH7.0+0 μL·L-1 O3,pH3.5+200 μL·L-1 O3,pH2.5+400 μL·L-1 O3) for combined pollution of acid rain and ozone experiments.Besides foliar symptoms,some physiological indexes such as peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT),malondialdehyde(MDA),soluble sugar content,soluble protein content were analyzed.The results showed that combined pollution of acid rain and ozone had severer foliar symptoms than single acid rain treatments.The POD activity increased but CAT activity decreased in Aglaia odorata when exposed to combined pollution of acid rain and ozone.Compared to single acid rain treatment,combined pollution resulted in soluble sugar content decreasing and soluble protein content increasing.The results suggested that different policies would be used to manage single or combined pollution of acid rain and ozone.
