速生人工林桉树木材高温热处理力学性能研究

摘  要:
广西速生人工林桉树资源丰富,对其进行高温热处理能够改善其极易端裂、尺寸稳定性和耐久性差等缺陷;同时,其力学性能受到一定影响。为此,采用单因素试验方法对高温热处理桉树木材的力学性能进行研究。主要探讨了热处理温度对速生桉树木材力学性能的影响。结果表明:热处理温度在1件80的~静23曲0℃强范度围(M内O,随R)着、弹热性处模理量温(M度O的E升)分高别,比木未材处的静理曲的强降度低、了弹4性3.1模8%量和随3之5.降94低%。,经高2温20热℃处处理理对的速桉生木试人工林桉树木材的改性效果显著,同时其力学性能有所降低。

摘  要:
Guangxi has abundant resources plantation eucalypt wood,high temperature heat treatment can improve its disadvantages such as split,dimension stability and durability poor;but reduce it mechanical properties.So the author made a study on mechanical properties of high temperature heat treatment wood by the single factor method.The effect of temperature of heat treated on the mechanical properties heat-treated wood(plantation eucalypt) had been researched.The results indicated that with the heat treated temperature increased,the MOR and MOE of wood decreased significantly in heat treated temperature 165-210℃ range; treated wood in 220℃ compared with MOR and MOE of untreated wood,that separate was decreased by 43.18% and 35.94%.The results showed that decrease significantly used high temperature heat treatment to improve characteristics of plantation eucalypt wood,but mechanical properties decreased.
