速生人工林巨尾桉木材炭化改性研究

摘  要:
为了提高速生桉木材的尺寸稳定性、使用范围和产品附加值,以广西资源丰富的5年生巨尾桉为原料制备炭化木,主要研究了炭化温度对炭化木物理性能的影响。结果表明,随着炭化处理温度的升高,木材颜色变深、密度减小;经过炭化处理的试材,其长度、宽度和厚度随环境湿度变化的干缩和湿胀减小,其尺寸稳定性明显高于未处理材。对速生人工林巨尾桉进行炭化处理,能大大提高其尺寸稳定性。

摘  要:
In order to improve dimensional stability,available range and product added value of the plantation forestry Eucalyptus wood,with five years old Eucalyptus grandis× E.urophylla as main materials to prepare carbonized wood,the effect of carbonization temperature on physical properties of carbonized wood was studied.The results indicated that the wood color become deep and density decrease with increase of carbonized temperature;the dimensional stability of treated wood is better than the untreated wood and its wet bilge drying shrinkage of the length,width and thickness reduce with environmental humidity change.Carbonized treatment can greatly improve dimensional stability.
