国内撞击流-沉淀法制备超细粉体研究进展

摘  要:
介绍了超细粉体的概念和特征,传统的气相法、固相法和液相法制备工艺以及基于传统工艺改进的阴极沉淀法和采用超临界流体增强溶液扩散法的重结晶技术的研究现状。简要介绍了撞击流技术的特点,并指出基于撞击流技术的撞击流反应器在超细粉体制备领域的优势,就目前在浸没循环撞击流反应器(SCISR)和撞击流-旋转填料床反应器(IS-RPB反应器)内运用撞击流-沉淀法制备超细粉体的实际应用进行了总结,对撞击流技术在超细粉体制备领域的应用发展趋势进行展望,为从事撞击流-沉淀法制备超细粉体的科研工作者提供参考。

摘  要:
In this paper,the principle and feature of ultrafine powder are introduced,the traditional preparation technology of ultrafine powder is summarized which includes solid route,gas phase route and liquid route,cathode precipitation method and solution enhanced dispersion technique of supercritical fluids in preparation of ultrafine powder are reviewed,the feature of impinging stream is briefly introduced,the superiority in preparation of ultrafine powder with impinging stream is emphasized,and application research of impinging stream reactor design in preparation of ultrafine powder is summarized,some opinions in application research of preparation of ultrafine powder with impinging stream reactor are indicated,it provides reference for the related researchers.
