摘 要：
[目的]为探讨日本黑毛和牛三元杂交阉割牛的生产性能。[方法]利用14月龄和牛×利木赞×鲁西牛、和牛×西门塔尔×鲁西牛、和牛×夏洛莱×鲁西牛三个三元杂交组合开展试验,并对其生产性能进行测定和三元杂交育肥阉牛各5头进行育肥屠宰试验。[结果]结果表明,三元杂交阉牛的体重、肉用性能如屠宰率、净肉率等差异不显著(P>0.05),但在脂肪沉积能力方面,日本黑毛和牛作为高档肉牛生产的终端父本是合适的。[结论]根据综合生产性能表现,以和西本杂交组合为最好。

摘 要：
【Objective】To evaluate the production performance of three-way crossbred bullocks and Japanese black cattle.【Method】Five cattle with 14 month old were selected to perform fattening and slaughter experiments.The body weight,slaughter rate,net meat percentage,bone heavy,eye muscle area and segmentation meat weight were also measured.【Result】No significant differences in the weight and slaughter performances,such as slaughter rate and net meat percentage(P>0.05).Japanese Black cattle could be used as the terminal male parent in high-grate beef production in concern of fat deposition ability.The comprehensive production performance of Simmental and Luxi cattle was the best.
