吉林省城市无障碍环境建设体现了物质文明和精神文明发展成果,是社会进步的重要标志,有助于实现残疾人、老年人等弱势人群平等和充分参与社会生活,共享社会物质文化成果。针对吉林省城市无障碍环境建设状况,探索吉林省无障碍环境法制建设进程中的问题和解决途径,进一步推动无障碍环境建设实现法制化、社会化、规范化。

摘  要：
Urban barrier - free environment construction of Jilin province reflects the development of material civilization and spiritual civilization.It is the important symbol of social piiogress.And it can help vulnerable groups, such as the disabled and the elderly,to equally and fully participate in social life and enjoy the social material culture. According to the condition of barrier - free environment construction of Jilin province,this paper probes existing problems and possible solutions of the process to further promote its legalization,socialization and standardization.
