东南亚水稻种质资源的光合特性比较及聚类分析

摘  要:
【目的】探讨东南亚稻种资源的光合特性,并筛选出高光效基因资源,为广西高产水稻的遗传改良提供参考。【方法】对164份从东南亚国家引进的稻种资源进行光合性状测定,并通过聚类分析,按极高、中高、高、中、低等级别对所测得净光合速率进行分类,筛选并确定优质高效的种质材料。【结果】不同稻种资源间的净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度和蒸腾速率存在极显著差异。聚类分析将164份稻种资源划分为净光合速率极高、高、中高、中、低、极低6个类群,其中净光合速率值接近或大于30.00μmol/m2·s的极高净光合速率材料共14份,占测试材料的8.5%。【结论】东南亚稻种资源中存在高光效种质资源,筛选出的14份极高光合速率稻种资源可作为水稻高光效育种的中间材料加以利用。

摘  要:
【Objective】The photosynthetic characteristics of rice germplasm in Southeast Asia were explored to filter out high-efficient genetic resources and provide references for the genetic improvement of rice yield in Guangxi.【Method】The photosynthetic characters of 164 rice germplasm resources from Southeast Asia were measured. And according to the very high, medium high, high, medium and low levels, they were classified by cluster analysis to screen and determine high quality germplasm resources. 【Result】Net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate were significantly different among different rice germplasm resources.164 rice resources were classified into six groups by cluster analysis(very high, high, medium high, medium, low, very low). The net photosynthetic rate of 14 germplasm resources was close to or greater than 30 μmol·m-2·s-1, accounting for 8.5% of the test materials. 【Conclusion】The photosynthetic rate is high in Southeast Asia rice germplasm resources, and they can be used as test materials in rice high photosynthetic breeding.
