稻种资源收集、保存和更新的方法是否得当,对其在遗传育种上的有效利用起着至关重要的作用。综述了稻种资源收集、保存和更新过程中存在的问题,并提出了一些切实可行的对策及今后的工作方向。

摘  要：
The proper methods for the collection,preservation and regeneration of rice germplasm resources played a key role in the effective utilization of these resources for genetic breeding. The existent problems in the collection,preservation and regeneration of rice germplasm resources were analyzed in this paper,and some feasible countermeasures and the future study direction were also put forward.
