基于COSMOS的还田机械旋耕刀弯折角优化

摘  要:
弯折角是影响还田机械旋耕刀质量以及旋耕刀辊功率消耗的重要参数。为减少旋耕刀质量,降低旋耕刀辊功耗,利用有限元软件COSMOSWorks对旋耕刀弯折角进行优化分析,研究了不同弯折角时旋耕刀质量及应力分布关系。研究结果表明,旋耕刀弯折角最佳取值范围为125°~130°。经动力仿真分析验证,旋耕刀辊的功耗也得到了降低。

摘  要:
Bending angle is an significant parameter,which affected the weight of rotary tilling blade and the power consumption of rotary tilling blade roll.The optimization of bending angle of rotary tilling blade was carried out with the finite element software COSMOSWorks to reduce the weight of rotary tilling blade and the power consumption of rotary tilling blade roll.The relationship between the weight of rotary tilling blade and stress distribution in different bending angle values was studied.The result indicated the best range of bending angle is 125°~130°.The dynamic simulation was carried out with COSMOSMotion to prove that the power consumption of rotary tilling blade roll has got reduction.
