基于COSMOSWorks的还田机直刀有限元分析

摘  要:
利用有限元软件COSMOSWorks对不同秸秆粉碎直刀重心前移量进行分析。分析结果表明,重心前移5%~10%时刀具所受应力合理且安装孔应力取得最小值。通过理论计算,取中间值前移量的重心前移式直刀所受最大应力值未超出许用范围。通过对该直刀中心轴多点应力趋势跟踪分析得到:重心前移的直刀各点分布的应力降低,改善了安装孔处的应力集中,不仅可以提高其工作性能,且刀具不易损坏。

摘  要:
Toward different value of gravity centre,this paper use FEM software COSMOSWorks analyzed the straight knife.The result shows that the knife is in the reasonable stress when the movement of gravity center knife value between 5%10%,and also the stress of hole will be in minimum.By theoretical calculation,the max stress value of knife that took intermediate value has not beyond the scope of allowable.By the method of molti-point tracking we should reach the conclusion that forward gravity center knife well let the stress come down on the knife surface,reduced the stress concentration of the hole,so that not only improve its working performance and also not easily damaged.
