昆虫蛋白的来源、营养成分和特殊功能及其在猪鸡饲粮中的应用效果

摘  要:
昆虫蛋白是以昆虫的卵、幼虫、蛹和成虫等为原料加工成的一种蛋白质原料,其蛋白质含量丰富,氨基酸比例均衡,有成为新型饲料蛋白质资源的潜力,进而缓解当下饲料蛋白质原料不足的现状。然而,昆虫蛋白在替代鱼粉、豆粕等其他优质蛋白质原料具体替代量尚不确切,因此,本文综述了昆虫蛋白近年来在猪鸡生产中的应用效果,并对其应用潜力及前景进行探讨,为昆虫蛋白在畜牧生产中的应用提供理论依据。

摘  要:
Insect protein is a kind of protein ingredient processed from the eggs,larvae,pupae and adults of insects,which contains rich protein and balanced amino acids ratio. It has the potential to become a new feed protein resource,thus alleviating the current shortage of feed protein ingredients. However,the amount of insect protein in the replacement of fish meal,soybean meal and other high-quality protein ingredients is still not clear. In this review,the application effects of insect protein in pig and chicken production in recent years was summarized,and its application potential and prospect were discussed,which provided theoretical basis for the application of insect protein in livestock production.
