扶芳藤再生体系的建立

摘  要:
对扶芳藤的再生进行了研究。预培养时间较短的下胚轴对植物生长调节剂浓度反应敏感,以较老的下胚轴在MS+6-BA 1.3-1.7 mg·L-1+NAA 0.1 mg·L-1或IBA 0.1 mg·L-1培养基上分化效果最好。无芽茎段在MS+6-BA 1.5 mg·L-1+IBA 0.1 mg·L-1和MS+6-BA 1.3 mg·L-1+NAA 0.1 mg·L-1培养基上分化效果好,不定芽生长旺盛。

摘  要:
The regenerating system of Euonymus fortunei was established. Adventitious buds were obtained from hypocotyls and inter-node stem-segment. High regenerating rate of adventitious buds were obtained when elder hypocotyls in physiology were incubated on MS media with 6-BA 1. 3 - 1. 7 mg · L-1 + NAA 0. 1 mg · L -1 or IBA 0. 1 mg · L -1. The optimum media for inducing adventitious buds from inter-node stem-segment were MS + 6-BA 1. 5 mg · L-1 + IBA 0. 1 mg · L-1 and MS + 6-BA 1. 3 mg · L-1 + NAA 0. 1 mg · L-1.
