植物生长调节剂扶芳藤子叶诱导愈伤的影响

摘  要:
以扶芳藤为试材,建立了以实生苗子叶为外植体的再生体系。研究结果如下:当2,4-D与BA按照一定浓度结合使用,扶芳藤子叶100%诱导出乳黄色遇上组织,。NAA、IBA与BA结合使用,当BA与NAA浓度分别为3.0mg/L和1.5mg/L时,扶芳藤子叶除生长适量愈伤外,还会在子叶边缘及切口处再生不定芽,并且不定芽再生率达到最高59.1%。

摘  要:
Euonymus fortunei were used to set up a seedling cotyledon to explant the regeneration system. Specific research results are as follows: When 2,4 -D and BA in accordance with a certain combination of concentration, Euonymus fortunei cotyledons 100% milk induced yellow case,. NAA, IBA used in conjunction with the BA, when BA and NAA concentrations were 3.0 mg.L-1 and 1.5 mg.L-1, Euonymus fortunei cotyledons modest growth in addition to callus, but also in the cotyledons edge of the incision and renewable Adventitious buds and renewable adventitious buds to the highest rate of 59.1%.
