4种独蒜兰属植物光合特性比较研究

摘  要:
【目的】探究独蒜兰属(Pleione)的适宜栽培条件。【方法】以独蒜兰(Pleione bulbocodioides)、黄花独蒜兰(P. forrestii)、台湾独蒜兰(P. formosana)和艳花独蒜兰(P. aurita)的成熟叶片为试验材料,利用LI-6400便携式光合仪、SPAD-502 PLUS叶绿素计和OS-5p便携式脉冲调制叶绿素荧光仪,对光补偿点、光饱和点、表观量子效率、CO2补偿点、最大羧化效率、叶绿素含量及叶绿素荧光参数等进行测定,研究比较4种植物的光合特性。【结果】(1) 4种植物中,独蒜兰和台湾独蒜兰的光补偿点较低,属于阴生植物;(2)独蒜兰和台湾独蒜兰的光饱和点和最大净光合速率相对较高,对光的适应范围最广;(3)所测4种植物的最大羧化效率均在15~40μmol/(m2·s)之间,结合其较低的光饱和点和净光合速率,表明4种植物生产潜力较低;(4)独蒜兰的光合能力较强,但叶绿素含量最低,表明叶绿素含量与光合能力并无显著相关性;(5)黄花独蒜兰在光强超过300μmol/(m2·s)时,光合速率降低,可能是其生态幅较窄的原因。【结论】基于本研究结果并结合野外自然环境条件,可调整栽培条件以提高独蒜兰属植物的栽培质量。

摘  要:
[Purpose]In order to explore the suitable cultivation environment of Pleione.[Method]The mature leaves of P. bulbocodioides, P. forrestii, P. formosana and P. aurita were used to analyze the photosynthetic characteristics such as light compensation point, light saturationpoint, apparent quantum efficiency, CO_2 compensation point, maximum carboxylation rate, chlorophyll content, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters et al. through LI-6400 portable photosynthesis apparatus,SPAD-502 PLUS chlorophyll meter and OS-5p portable pulse-modulated chlorophyll fluorescence instruments in this research.[ Result](1) According to the lower light compensation points P.bulbocodioides and P. formosana had the characteristics of shade plants.(2) P. bulbocodioides and P.formosana with relatively higher light saturated point and maximum net photosynthetic rate had the most wide range of light adaptation.(3) Combined the maximum carboxylation rate of the four plants which ranged from 15 to 40 μmol/(m~2·s) with their relatively lower light saturation point and net photosynthetic rate, the four plants showed lower productivity potential.(4) P. bulbocodioides had the relatively higher photosynthetic capacity but the lowest chlorophyll content, indicated no significant correlation between chlorophyll content and photosynthetic capacity.(5) P. forrestii came to photoinhibition when the photosynthetically active radiation irradiated on the plants more than 300 μmol/(m~2·s),which may related to its narrowed ecological amplitude.[Conclusion]Based on the results of this study and the natural environmental conditions in the wild, cultivation conditions can be adjusted to improve the quality of the genus of Pleione.
