流苏独蒜兰与大花独蒜兰的分类关系

摘  要:
独蒜兰属Pleione D. Don的属下分类是兰科分类的难点之一.为了厘清流苏独蒜兰P.barbarae Braem和大花独蒜兰P.grandiflora (Rolfe) Rolfe的分类关系,基于形态鉴定、核基因序列(nrITS)和4个叶绿体基因片段(matK、trn T-trnL、trnL、trnLtrnF),以云南玉溪的流苏独蒜兰和云南文山的大花独蒜兰为材料,构建独蒜兰属部分植物的系统发育树,探讨流苏独蒜兰与大花独蒜兰的分类关系.结果表明:流苏独蒜兰唇瓣上的附属物与大花独蒜兰相同,但背萼片、花瓣、唇瓣形状和花色存在差异; nrITS和叶绿体基因序列(cp DNA)系统发育树表明,流苏独蒜兰与大花独蒜兰互为姐妹支,没有与独蒜兰复合体中的任一种聚为一支,排除了独蒜兰复合体中任一种是其亲本的可能.鉴于形态和分子证据,认为流苏独蒜兰不是天然杂交种,与大花独蒜兰有很近的亲缘关系.

摘  要:
The sub-category of Pleione D. Don is one of the difficulties for Orchidaceae classification. To clarify the relationship between P.barbarae Braem and P.grandiflora( Rolfe) Rolfe,morphological analysis and phylogenetic analysis were constructed based on 1 nuclear sequence( nrITS) and 4 plastid sequences( matK,trn T-trnL,trnL,and trnL-trnF) of P.barbare from Yuxi,Yunan and P.grandiflora from Wenshan,Yunan. The results showed that callus on lip are the same between 2 species,while the shape of dorsal sepal,petal and lip and floral color are different. Phylogenetic trees revealled that P. barbarae and P. grandiflora are sister branches. P.barbarae is not clustered with any species of P.bulbocodioides,excluding the possibility of any P.bulbocodioides ‘complex'being the putative parent of P.barbarae. To summarize,P.barbarae is not likely to be a natural hybrid,and it has a very close relationship with P.grandiflora.
