摘  要:
农产品质量安全已逐渐演化成为一个全球性重大的社会经济热点问题。文章运用现代信息经济学的原理来分析农产品质量安全信息不对称产生的原因,研究信息不对称对农产品市场的影响以及解决的途径,并探讨了农产品认证作为解决市场中农产品质量信息不对称措施的优势。

摘  要:
Agro-food quality and safety had already become one of the global hot issues.In the article,the reason causing asymmetric information of agro-food quality and safety happened was analyzed using the modern information economics theory,the effects and resolution method of asymmetric information was put forward,and finally the advantage of certification as one of resolution methods of asymmetric information was discussed.
