电环切除术联合干扰素治疗宫颈尖锐湿疣60例

摘  要：
目的:探讨高频电波刀联合干扰素治疗宫颈尖锐湿疣的临床应用价值。方法:对60例宫颈尖锐湿疣门诊患者,采用宫颈电环切除术(LEEP术)锥形切除宫颈病变组织,术后1周给予重组人干扰素α-2α栓50单位,睡前阴道塞药,隔日1次,连续9次。结果:LEEP术联合干扰素治疗宫颈尖锐湿疣60例,58例获近期治愈,占96.66%,复发2例,占3.34%。结论:LEEP术联合干扰素治疗宫颈尖锐湿疣特别是对伴宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)者,操作简便,并发症少,治愈率高,复发率低,是一种较理想的治疗方法。

摘  要：
Objective:To study the clinical value of loop electrosurgical excision procedure with Interferon in the treatment of cervical condylomata acuminata.Methods:During March 2004 and December 2005,the cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP technique) combined with interferon treatment had been used for 60 cases of cervical condyloma acuminata patients.Results:LEEP is applied to the treatment of cervical condyloma acuminatum,the cure rate 96.66%,the relapse rate 3.33%.Conclusions:In addition to standard cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure,the LEEP has a special effect on the treatment of cervical condyloma acuminate and effectively reduce the recurrence of cervical condyloma acuminate.It is an ideal treatment for the case of cervical condyloma acuminate associated with CIN.
