三氯乙酸外用与微波治疗男性肛管尖锐湿疣疗效比较

摘  要：
目的:观察三氯乙酸外用与微波治疗两种方法对男性肛管尖锐湿疣的治疗效果。方法:将178例男性肛管尖锐湿疣患者随机分为两组,三氯乙酸外用组采用30.6mmol/L三氯乙酸外用涂抹疣体,连续3d治疗,微波治疗组采用微波凝固疣体1次,两组患者于治疗后1周观察记录治疗效果并于治疗后1、2、4、6月观察复发情况及不良反应。结果:三氯乙酸外用组和微波治疗组治疗男性肛管尖锐湿疣有效率分别为62.1%和86。8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。6月复发率分别为36.4%和33.9%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:微波治疗男性肛管尖锐湿疣效果优于30.6mmol/L三氯乙酸外用,在缺乏微波设备的医疗机构,使用三氯乙酸治疗也可取得良好疗效。两种方法复发率相当,不良反应均较轻微。

摘  要：
Objective:To compare the effect of treatment on male anal canal condyloma acuminatum with external use of trichloroacetic acid and microwave.Methods:Altogether 178 condyloma acuminatum cases was randomly divided to two groups.Group one was externally applied with 30.6mmol/L trichloroacetic acid on verrucous body for 3 days.Group two was treated by microwave curdling verrucous body for one time.After one week of each of the two treatments,the effect of treatment was recoded,and relapse and adverse reaction was followed-up at 1month,2month,4month and 6month,respectively.Results:The treatment efficiency rate was 62.1% and 86.8% in trichloroacetic acid group and microwave group,respectively,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The relapse rate was 36.4%and 33.9%in trichloroacetic acid group and microwave group,with no significant differencet(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of treatment by microwave is better than that by external use of trichloroacetic acid.There is also a good treatment efficacy by external use of trichloroacetic acid in medical services without microwave.No difference in relapse is found between the two treatments.The adverse reaction between the two groups is mild.
