北柴胡生长关键期主要性状的遗传参数及育种应用

摘  要：
试验研究了北柴胡生长关键期主要性状的遗传参数及性状间的相关,并探讨了其育种应用。结果表明:分蘖数、分枝数和叶片数可作为北柴胡种子高产育种目标的相关性状;分蘖数、茎粗和、有效叶片数、总果序数、冠重、有效果序数的变异系数较大,个体差异大,具有较大的选择潜力;分蘖数、分枝数、叶片数3个性状与种子产量性状呈高度正相关,根重与分蘖数、总果序数、冠重、有效果序数等性状相关密切,并且与总果序数、有效果序数呈负相关,与根重密切相关的4个性状可以用于北柴胡药材经济性状的间接选择;北柴胡选择育种的最佳时期为孕蕾期和种子成熟期。

摘  要：
Main inheritable characters of Bupleurum chinense population in different growing periods and correlations of the characters were studied.The best phases of selecting and breeding Bupleurum chinense were during bud stage,flowering season and seed maturation.During flowering season of Bupleurum chinense,the plants with high number of tiller,number of stem and number of leaf were selected from the society as the correlative characters of obtaining high yield of seeds.Coefficient of variations for number of tiller,sum of stem diameter,number of effective leaf,total of fruit bunch,aerial part yield,number of effective fruit bunch were comparatively high.There was large selection potential among the individuals because of their differences.The three characters,number of tiller,number of stem and number of leaf,presented high positive correlation with seed yield.Root weight presented high correlation with number of tiller,total of fruit bunch,yield of aerial part and number of effective fruit bunch,and negative correlation with total of fruit bunch and number of effective fruit bunch.The four characters in correlation of root weight can be used in indirect selection of wild society of Bupleurum chinense for its economic characters such as root weight and so on.Selecting high yield of herb medicine of Bupleurum chinense will not benefit the increase of seed yield.
